Do you do your own work, or, are you a middleman and use subcontractors?

95% of ALL work is completed by Deluxe Artistry and ONLY Deluxe Artistry. This is our Passion, and this is what you are paying for. The same person that makes the initial impression, is the same person who completes your specific task. Not a subcontractor or low wage employee that you have no history with.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First impressions are very important. We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do you need done? What is your particular style? Our main intention to convey is that we are a trustworthy company, and we have our clients best interests in mind, at ALL times.

How can I give my space a new look without completely remodeling it?

Large or small changes in color make a huge impact. Updating or changing existing hardware provides subtle or dramatic changes depending on the situation. You can also add or change existing accessories to create a new focal point. We can advise you on this as well, so contact us for additional ideas!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

ALL estimates are free, and there are no surprises with pricing. Communication is extremely important, especially when it comes to dollars and cents. Our clients will always know exactly what they are getting and exactly what they are paying for. Every job is priced accordingly. We are primarily a custom manufacturer and we offer no flat rate for custom work

What are some of your favorite custom furniture items that you have built?

My favorite pieces are focal point pieces such as fireplace facades, mud benches, artwork, and independent cabinetry.

What should I do to prepare my space for a remodel?

Please remove all breakables in the general area of the build. If service work or cabinetry modifications are being made, please empty all cabinets and drawers.
